They may manipulate others and show no remorse or empathy for the individual. Egocentrism, megalomania, lack of responsibility, extroversion, excessive hedonism, high impulsivity, and the desire to experience sensations of control and power can also be present (which can be extremely bizarre).
ASPD is also known as a deficit of conscience, which affects mostly males. The individual lacks the ability to feel and lack concern for others. They experience no empathy for the plight of others and do not experience anxiety over their behaviour unless personal safety, security, freedom, wealth, etc., is threatened.
